In the following you will find useful information in connection with the use of online booking. You can include read about how we treat your personal information, how to receive your receipt for a purchase and more. When in the following written PROVIDER it is used as a synonym for HYGGE Strand Camping.
All prices in provider's online booking are other places on the site stated in Danish kroner including sales tax unless otherwise stated and clear in that situation.
Payment is made by using one of the approved debit / credit card for online booking, which is Visa and Mastercard. There are not charged a fee of trade taking place through online booking.
Information on trading on the Internet
Shop safely online through our online booking system. You as a consumer basically ensured in relation to the possible misuse of your credit card online, therefore there is no deductible for misuse of your credit card over the Internet. You will upon booking and payment of a cottage, Sea Suites, a space for your own tent, or room for your own caravan, obtain a lease from PROVIDER, which accounts for purchasing appears.
The contract will be sent via email within 24 hours from the time of the booking. Please check that you have correctly specified email address!
Delivery of the product ordered is due on arrival at PROVIDER on day of arrival (and ends on the departure day). Both of these dates are written in the above mentioned lease.
Cancellation and money
You have the option to cancel your booking the following conditions:
If canceled more than 30 days before arrival, reimbursed the entire package price, however, pulled kr. 700.00 cancellation penalties.
If canceled between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, reimbursed 50% of the accommodation price. except cancellation fee of kr. 700.00
If canceled less 14 days before arrival, there will be no reimbursement.
